YOGA  Wednesdays at 9.30 am at St. Nicholas Church Hall, Winsley  In this class we will be kind to our bodies. We’ll work with gravity and allow the mind to focus on the breath. We won’t work ambitiously to achieve beautiful postures, but rather we will use those postures to release tension. We’ll work slowly and gently to allow our spines to rest, and to allow those tight areas in the body to release.  Over time and with good practice,  posture, balance and flexibility will improve. You can do yoga from a chair or, if you wish from a mat. Please bring your own mat. . Wear comfortable clothes, which are easy to move in.
