Come along and join Winsley and District Gardening Club.
The club is an active social hub for all gardeners with small or large plots, experienced or just starting out.  Everyone will receive a warm welcome at the monthly talks at Winsley Village Hall (4th Thursday of the month, 7.30pm). The programme of talks and demonstrations encompasses a wide range of gardening topics including flowers, vegetables, herbs, foreign plants, wildlife and gardens.

The talks always include a question and answer session followed by refreshments and a chance to discuss the latest biblical plague being visited on your patch of paradise and other gardening topics with sympathetic members.

Included in the annual programme are an all-day visit to a major garden by coach and an evening visit in July to a local garden followed by a pub supper. Membership also enables you to buy seeds, plants and equipment at a considerable discount (up to 40%) from a major supplier, which can offset the membership fee.

The club also provides access to the RHS magazine and entry into local competitions. All this is available for a modest subscription of £10 per year, so why not come along and join us?
